How Are We Doing During Covid 19 Coronavirus Feedback Needed

A report this week suggests that most financial advisers are struggling with remote client meetings – we believe we are not  – how are we doing? 

What we have always offered:

  • remote advice
  • call backs
  • quotes issued by email
  • video conferencing
  • chat facilities
  • online diary service
  • daytime, evening and weekend appointments

What are our plans? Launching next week (fingers crossed)

  • a new fee quoting shop (produce your own advice fee quotations and documentation)
  • a new digital, e–signature with a PIN to accept our quote, pay fees now or later, no wet ink signature
  • new secure messages platform with copy emails viewable online for fees/quotes/bookings/contact etc – will also expand this later this year, if popular, to show all documents related to you and all email interchanges and live chat
  • a new secure document platform to upload all your documents to us in a safe, encrypted, secure area.
