HMRC has confirmed that any expat that is stranded in the UK during the coronavirus lock down and will therefore reach the maximum number of days in UK to be classed as a UK Tax Resident will be treated under the 'exceptional circumstances' rule.
I.e. You will not be considered tax resident.
This is much in the same way as when/if expats have to come to UK to e.g. look after ill relatives or indeed if a relative dies and you must deal with the estate.
