Military intervention has impacted on stock markets over the last 40 years or so.
The current USA/Iran/Iraq tensions: Oil and Gold prices went up but then back down as the knee jerk reaction eased.
When we looked at historic geopolitical impact events military action does appear to have had an effect as oil prices get driven up putting pressure on companies.
We expect the current tensions in the Middle East to ease and this markets to stabilise.
