A 'No Deal' Brexit may result in serious economic slowdown in UK. This may mean a dramatic fall in demand for commercial property.
It may mean a rise in 'voids' i.e. unoccupied property receiving no rental income.
Pension and Investment 'Property Funds' are the biggest owners of commercial property in UK.
Falls in demand, falls in rent, falls in prices and difficulty in selling will reduce the value of assets inside property funds resulting in liquidity, cash flow problems meaning the fund managers may suspend trading in such funds or delay when you can sell your property funds or switch out of them.
