If you made a Will before getting married and did NOT make reference to your forthcoming marriage date in the Will, your current Will becomes null and void i.e. cancelled.
You will need to make a new Will when you get married even if you just wish to leave everything to each other.
This is because your legally married spouse may not inherit all without you having a Will, under Intestacy law, if you already have children etc.
