The Treasury has also launched a tool for you to check whether and what types of benefit you, your family or a friend may be entitled. It then presents you with a list, with prompts and links to check each benefit in turn.
Check benefits and financial support you can get
- Where do you live?
- Are you State Pension age or over?
- Are you in paid work?
- Do you have a disability or health condition? Does your disability or health condition affect how much you can work?
- Are you caring for someone with a disability or health condition for at least 35 hours a week?
- Do you have children living with you? How old are the children who live with you? Do any children living with you have a disability?
- How much money, savings and investments do you have (excluding the home you live in)?
