House Prices Rise _ Just

According to Halifax, house prices rose by 0.6% in July.
This means that house price rises are slowing and expected to stall for the next few months.
The average house price according to Halifax is £167,425. A rise overall on a full year of 4.9%.
House prices in London and Greater London still continue to rise faster than the rest of the country.
