Secure Private Messaging Facility

Published / Last Updated on 09/09/2020

You can now send and receive secure messages via My Messages in your Client Dashboard.  You must be registered and logged in.

By using a secure message exchange facility we hope you feel safer that your messages have been transferred between us in a secure, encrypted way and not over unsecure email.

For reference your messages are not saved on our server in hard copy at all.

When logged in, you are already in an encrypted area anyway and added to the password, memorable word and PIN security layers, they are also converted during upload to an encrypted code at 128k SSL encryption.  This is a long list/line of 128,000 random symbols/letters/numbers etc known as ‘blobs’.  This means there are 128,000 to the power of 128,000 i.e.  trillions and trillions of different combinations.

It is like a blockchain technology where you have to have a key to open – we have primary keys and each time you log in you are granted a temporary client key.  In short, a hacker could not read them as messages do not exist on the server it is just a string of ‘jumbled’ symbols.

They can only be accessed if your login information and security password, memorable word and PIN are compromised.  This is why we ask you to update them regularly and never use dates, words or other numbers that can be easily ‘scraped’ from elsewhere e.g.  NEVER use your date of birth.

We hope you like the service.
