House prices are spiralling ever further creating worries about the economy overheating, inflation moving and even gazumping is back.
Results from a Norwich & Peterbourough Building Society Survey have found that 85% of people who responded said that they would consider self build as an alternative to keeping costs down and getting the type of home that they would like.
