Budget 2009 - Reclaiming Tax Overpayments – Time Limit Reduced
For those people wanting to reclaim over paid tax from HMRC this must now be done within four years.
The current time limit for reclaim is six years.
The requirement that the overpayment must be the result of a mistake on a tax return has been removed.
