Rothschild Asset Management is apparently to announce their buyer before Christmas and it will be a well known company.
The head of retail at Rothschilds said that they had received around 40 interested parties but would say no more!
There has been speculation that Isis Asset Management could be the culprit but when questioned by an industry newspaper, they had no comment.
