Employees Say No To Employer Pension Schemes

The Department for Work and Pensions has announced that despite the number of pension schemes set up by employers rising, the number of employees joining has remained the same.  The news is shocking, considering that one in five pension schemes does not need employees to make personal contributions.  This means that all benefits are paid for by the employer.
