The duty rate for cider will increase by 10 per cent above inflation.
Duty rates for all other alcoholic drinks will increase by 2 per cent above inflation.
Tobacco Products Duty Rates Budget, Budget 2010
The duty on cigarettes, cigars, hand rolling tobacco, other smoking tobacco and chewing tobacco have been increased by 1% in real terms with immediate effect.
