Value Of Compensation Payments Announced - Members Need To Take Action.   If you are a qualifying member of Scottish Provident, you will shortly be receiving notification of the value of your compensation pay out.  You will also be given choices as to how you wish to receive your pay out.  Depending on your residency status, these are as follows: UK Residents Cash paid to you by cheque denominated in Sterling Cash credited to an Abbey National savings Account Loan NotesIrish Residents Cash paid to you by cheque denominated in Sterling.  If your policy was denominated solely in Irish pounds you can choose to have your cheque denominated in Euro Loan NotesOverseas Residents Cash paid by cheque denominated in Sterling.  If your policy was denominated solely in Irish pounds you can choose to have your cheque denominated in Euro.  You need to reply to your notification mailing by 28th January 2002.  If you do not reply or your reply misses the deadline, you will be deemed as choosing a Sterling denominated cheque.  If you require advice regarding which pay out option to take, please contact us.
