RBS Fined 28 Million.

Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has been fined £28.59m by The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) for breaching anti-competition rules by disclosing its pricing information to Barclays in relation to the pricing of loan products to large professional services firms.

As Barclays brought the matter to the OFT's attention, under their leniency policy, Barclays has avoided receiving a fine.
