The Redundancy Payments Service is operated by the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR), formerly the Department for Trade and Industry.

There are three Redundancy Payment Offices, as follows:

For Scotland, Wales, Cumbria, Durham, Merseyside, Northumberland, Teesside, Tyne and Wear:
