Interest Rates Stay At 3.5%

The Bank of England Monetary Policy Committee has voted to keep interest rates at 3.5%. 

Market Reaction  -  The industry has been concerned over increasing debt in the UK and the housing market showing signs of heating up again, many commentators have taken the new with little surprise.

Our View

It actually does come as a surprise, many pundits can say "it comes as no surprise" after the news has broken.  did expect a marginal increase by 0.25% - although, as they have delayed, we expect some movement by Christmas.
