Women Earn Less

According to a report from the Institute for Employment Studies, women are earning an average of 5% less than their male colleagues when it comes to overtime and bonuses.  

The research showed that the pay gap for almost two thirds of women came from line managers having discretion over pay, in particular bonuses, along with men having greater access to higher overtime rates.
