Too Expensive For First Time Buyers

Recent research from Halifax indicates that a third of first time buyers do not earn enough to afford the average home.

The worst affected towns and cities are Kingston Upon Thames, Richmond, Windsor, Twickenham and Sevenoaks.

According to Halifax, the average income in those towns was over £30,000 less than the amount needed by first time buyers.
