Skipton and Chesham Merger

It has been announced that a merger between the Skipton Building Society and the Chesham Building Society will now proceed.
Chesham customers will now fall under the Skipton brand and Skipton has agreed to retain the 3 Chesham branches following the merger. Skipton claims there will be £15bn worth of assets and 92 branches in operation.
