Scottish Widows Compensation Levy.

Scottish Widows Investment Partnership SWIP) has been given a levy of £4.1m for the interim FSCS fee.  According to SWIP, the increase is due to a rise in compensation payments made by the FSCS to customers of failed regulated firms.

The levy given to SWIP is not the highest in the industry.  Jupiter are facing a £5.2m levy.  Meanwhile, AWD Chase de Vere have revealed that its levy was £400,000.
