Norwich and Peterborough Boss Unaware of Mis-selling.

Norwich and Peterborough’s chairman Gordon Horsfield has claimed that he had no knowledge of the internal review of the building society’s Keydata sales practices until after the investment firm collapsed.    According to Horsefield, the report was issued on a limited publication and it wasn’t brought to his attention.

Norwich and Peterborough were fined by the FSA earlier this month and will now pay redress of £51m for unsuitable advice on Keydata products.
