Experts are warning Britons to make sure that any property that they own abroad, is property detailed in their wills, as a will made in the United Kingdom, may not properly cover these properties.
Research by Mintel has found that around 800,00 Britons have a property overseas, used either as a holiday home or a place to retire. However, foreign laws on inheritance should be taken into account as they may interrupt your plans for your estate.
