Investor Confidence Lowers

The asset manager JPMorgan Fleming have released figures which show that investor confidence fell during March, from 82 points to 76, with 53% of people neutral about the future.  The company believe that the fall in house prices at their fastest rate in 10 years, while interest rates were held has unsettled the market, and caused uncertainty rather than pessimism, as when asked about the outlook for the future, only 14% of respondents said that it was gloomy, compared to 18% in February.
