Greek Coalition Finally Agree Spending Cuts.
Greece’s coalition government have finally reached an agreement on the terms required to unlock the latest bailout package of €130bn (£109bn).
According to a statement from the office of Lucas Papademos, there has been agreement on all issues except one. The final obstacle was supplementary pensions, the one area where all 3 party chiefs were determined to avoid further cuts prior to general elections in the spring.
The Greek government will be resuming negotiations with the country's "troika" of foreign lenders and officials are confident that the sticking point would be resolved by the morning.
