Watchdogs are now saying that a nod in certain places, when giving non-advise for products, could be taken as giving advice.
Non-advised sellers are being urged to make a decision as to whether they are giving advise or not. Consumers are being asked to make sure that they are aware if they are being given a non-advised or advised option.
