Bank Bonuses Bonanza

According to the BBC, UK banks will still be paying out billions of pounds in bonuses this year, despite the government intervention.Banks may pay out less bonuses than they would have originally paid out, but they have already begun re-balancing pay packages due to new rules on bonuses agreed last summer, which means even if bonuses are cut, salaries will have increased significantly to compensate.
