According to a new study, workers in Great Britain have become less satisfied with their jobs because of an increased workload and having to act like 'robots'.

The survey, carried out by Kent University, studied workers in the UK, other European countries, and America, found that British workers had less personal responsibility and had little opportunity for using their initiative.

We all need to put some perspective on what we do.  Yes, most of us need to work but never forget what and why you work.  Take time out, do some things that you want to.

Remember, life is too short.  Just imagine if you were given a diagnosis that you had 12 months to live.  What would you do?

If you can list the things that you would want to do in those circumstances, make sure from now on you do one of those things every year from now on anyway!
