Students University Fees £9,000 Per Year

University fees in England look set to increase to up to £9,000 per year under plans from Lord Browne’s review.
Currently a cap is set on fees to £3,290 per year. This may mean costs in the order of £15,000 when including accommodation costs and many suggest that university will again become the domain of the wealthy and the foreign, fee paying student.
Student unions have warned that MPs will face a "huge backlash".
We have already suggested that civil unrest similar to the eighties may bubble up as the reality of spending cuts takes hold.
