Stock Markets Fall on Recession Worries

Following rises in markets since the major funding announcements for banks in the UK, Europe and the UK, we have come back down to earth today with an average 7% fall across European markets as worries about a global recession continue to bite.

FTSE fell 7.56% to 4076.48 and in addition the German DAX fell 6.87% and the French CAC fell 6.58%.
