According to research from Manpower, employers are expecting high recruitment levels over the next few months. Eight out of nine sectors are confident in the economy, and are planning to take on more staff. These include construction, transport, communications, finance and business. The only sector expecting to make any job cuts is Utilities. Scotland seems the most optimistic region in the UK, while the South West and East Anglia the least.
