A free learning package to help employers deal with working parents rights, has been launched by the Advisory Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS).
The package aims to give employers the information they need to be fully informed about parental rights, and help them know what is expected of them. The guide covers maternity leave and pay, paternity leave and pay, adoption leave and pay, parental leave, time off to help dependents and the right to request flexible working.
The e-learning package is available at ACAS.
