Prudence Bond Down

Published / Last Updated on 16/09/2002

News from the Prudential will result in an overall fall of 1% on returns for Prudence Bond holders in respect of onshore and offshore investments.

Prudential recently announced the cutting of terminal bonuses and increases in annual management charges.  They also announced that the amount of money able to be withdrawn without incurring charges moved from 7.5% to 5%.

Many other changes have been made to the Prudence Bond investment and Prudential stated that the changes have been made due to "substantial declines in World stock markets".  Some of the changes relate to investment allocation rates and death benefits.
