Pensions to Build Houses

Pensions to Build Houses.

The Royal Institute of British Architects has suggested that pension funds could be used to fund the housing shortage in the UK.  In its report from its Future Homes Commission, it suggests that a third of the 300,000 housing shortfall could be funded by pension funds.

Our view
We believe this go could even further.  There is a huge care fees home
shortage and as the population grows, this will get worse.  We believe that pension funds could be used to buy a share in a care home business that could then build a home for you and your fellow pensioner investors in later life.  This is not rocket science, it is an opportunity to solve the elderly care crisis.
