Axa has called for the Government to make it compulsory for employers to include details of pensions and other benefits in job advertisements.
In a survey by the provider, 67% of British workers and 42% of senior managers have called for the compulsory inclusion of all pensions and benefits in job adverts.
Our view
This will do nothing to help smaller employers as it applies presure for them to offer benefits that they can ill afford, or indeed their staff may not deserve or even earn.
Do companies who offer all these benefits to staff charge too much to their clients?
