Panorama sent 2 undercover reporters into high street banks looking for advice on investing £90,000. An adviser at one of the banks told one of the reporters that at no stage could he lose the money. According to Bestinvest senior investment adviser Adrian Lowcock on some occasions misleading information was given during the conversation on charges and also there was confusion on risk.
