NatWest Guidance 'not impartial'
The Advertising Standards Authority is investigating complaints made against NatWest's television adverts which promise 'impartial money guidance'.
The consumer magazine Which? claims that in 16 out of 20 appointments with an in house NatWest so called ‘money expert’, the free guidance turned into a ‘sales pitch’ for NatWest’s own products.
