Winterthur Life believe that employee pension take up increases by two thirds following presentations given in the workplace.
A survey for the provider has found that 75% of non-members are likely to sign up after attending an adviser of provider presentation, while 76% of existing members plan to review contributions and fund selections.
The company believe that communication is an essential part of any scheme, and help employers increase scheme take-up, raise the level of contributions paid by employees, improve investment knowledge and promote retirement planning.
