Liverpool Victoria Top Employer
According to the Corporate Research Foundation, Liverpool Victoria (LV=) has been named as one of the top 100 employers in Britain. The judging panel scored each company out of 100 on categories such as knowledge management, pay and benefits, training, employee relations and corporate social responsibility.
The company, which has more than 2000 staff, scored an average 71 per cent over all categories and the judges particularly commended LV= for living the values of a friendly society by acting in members’ interests.
