ISA Allowance: Only Third Use
According to the Association of Investment Companies’ investor confidence index, only 30 per cent of the public intend to use their ISA allowance compared with 71 per cent of active investors.
It says 37 per cent of active investors think a recession is the biggest threat to their finances.
Our view
As ever people do not invest when markets are volatile and do invest when markets are stable and high. The time to invest is now and not next year, you will have missed the growth curve.
