Buy Property Shares
According to James Henderson, manager of Henderson UK Equity Income fund, UK commercial property shares are reaching attractive levels. He believes that with negative sentiment now overdone, investors should begin to look at property shares again.
He cited St Modwen Properties as an example of the type of opportunity he is currently seeking, saying that the company is fundamentally sound, offering a history of good development and regeneration expertise at an overly cheap share price. He applied this approach in two previous bear markets and succeeded in catching the markets before the start of another bull run.
