Interest Rate Split Decision

Britain’s interest rate setting body is expected to keep rates at 0.5 per cent, despite conflict between its members.  

Last month several members of the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) voted to leave the policy unchanged, even as a split between two opposing members of the committee intensifies.
