Focus Solutions Takeover

Standard Life are to takeover software provider Focus Solutions after agreeing a £42m takeover.  

According to David Nish, CEO of Standard Life, the acquisition of Focus will strengthen the overall position of the Group and will provide added potential in providing support, technology and innovation to its core markets and customers.
