House Prices Still Rising

The latest figures from the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister have shown that UK annual house price inflation in November was 2.5%, up from 1/5% in October.  The average house price in the UK stood at £186,431.

The inflation rose from 0.9% in October to 1.7% in England, and from 10.7% to 17% in Northern Ireland.  Over the same period, the inflation rate in Wales fell from 8.8% to 6.5%, and in Scotland the rate fell from 9.3% to 8.9%.
