Government Spending Down GBP6.7bn

Government Spending Down £6.7bn.

Some of the governments departments made huge cuts in Jan–March this year.  Nearly £6.7bn extra has been cut to what they had planned.

Overall the spending of the government cut spending by £11bn in the year 2011-2012 and had planned to cut spending further by £4.4bn in the first three months of this year but cut spending a lot higher then intended.  The biggest cut was seen in the NHS which had come out nearly £1.7bn under budget compared to last year.  Government spending seems to be on the decline but help on our suffering economy is yet to be seen.
