Financial Advice via Cash Machines
A campaign by Directgov, which will run until mid-March is using 900 automated cash machines to direct users back to its website for tax credit and savings advice.
Messages will appear on screen and on the back of printed receipts directing customers to the Directgov website where there is information and advice on tax credits, savings, mortgages, pensions and debt management.
Our view
The idea is good, the content is poor. They need the help of site to bolster the content.
