Ethical Funds Boost

It would appear that we are becoming more conscientious about the way we invest our money. As ethical funds grow, so does consumer interest in them. Some groups, Jupiter and Aegon are reporting high investments into their ethical funds.

Aegon have said that they have seen four times the amount invested in March 2007 than during March 2006, into Audrey Ryan’s ethical Equity.

Our view

We attribute this change in trend to the changing world, and that we would all like to ‘do our bit’. Also, in the past investors have sacrificed a higher return on their money to invest in an ethical fund, however, ethical funds are now among the mainstream performers.
