An equity release report by Key Retirement Solutions has found that equity release (i.e. releasing value from your home) should crash through the £1bn barrier by the end of the year.
Our view
People are more aware of their options now and in retirement releasing equity rather than leaving it to the tax man is a course that many are choosing.
