Equitable Life has stopped the case against another two directors in its ongoing high court battle.
Both directors have agreed settlement terms with the company, but legal action against 11 other directors is still continuing.
The Equitable Life Action Group believe that the case against some of the directors should be dropped, but the value of getting at the truth had justified the case.
Our view
Yet more money wasted. The only winners here are Lawyers and Barristers.
