Employers Still Breaking Pension Laws

A survey by Axa has found that 25% of employers, who have 5 or more employees, still do not offer any form of pension arrangement to their staff despite the legal requirement do to so.

The law was introduced in April 2001 and many have still chosen to ignore it despite their being hefty penalties of up to £50,000.
